The Evolution in the International Law workshop

At June 1st, 2019 the evolution in International Law workshop was held with the presence of Dear Professors: Dr. Qasem Zamani, Dr. Alireza Ebrahim Gol and Dr. Bazzar at the Institute of Public Law Studies of the University of Tehran and in collaboration with the International institute for Culture And civilization.
Secretary General of this course was Mr. Amir Hasan Shafiee

Dr. Zamani first began to talk about the evolution in International Law With approach towards International Law subjects, and then he talked about developments in International Legal personality in the legal system, with an emphasis on the consultative vote on damages to UN staff. They gave some explanation. They concluded that the change in International Liability Law, which is the secondary rule, is due to the change in the primary rules of International Law.


Dr. Ebrahim Gul summed up Dr. Zamani’s remarks by saying that other entities are also internationally responsible and that NGOs have played an essential role in the formation of the International Criminal Court
Furthermore, new areas of International Law, like Environmental Law, have played a role in International Responsibility.
Because the responsibility for violating these new areas has been taken into consideration.
Then Dr. Bahram Mostaghimi explained the meaning of the damage and explained the liability based on the error and the risk.

He cited cases under Article 5 of the former International Liability Scheme, which deals with the crimes committed by states and the criminal liability resulting from there.
They concluded that the area of responsibility and the increase of international actors has led to an increase in international responsibility developments.
Dr. Ebrahim Gul then asked Dr. Bazzar to examine the responsibility of the Arbitration Authority for refusing to accept the arbitration request.

Dr. Bazzar discussed the issue, after thanking the present professors and the International Institute of Culture and Civilization and the Institute of Public Law Studies of the University of Tehran for this sitting, and
He gave a few examples of the importance of the subject of the appeal, and he answered the question with a few questions and then concluded.
He said that given the international existence of the arbitration body and its assignability to refuse to accept a lawsuit because of the internationally recognized responsibility of an international organization as a result of its attributable activity, it would have the jurisdiction to dismiss the lawsuit. They recognized international responsibility and then proceeded to the issue of continuing international criminal activity in the field. After completing their remarks, Dr. Zamani emphasized the importance of the issue in question.
